Banana And Honey Face Mask
Bananas are rich in iron, potassium. Honey is a natural healer. It was even used by Egyptians for treating there wounds and cuts.
Ingredients:
- ½ Banana
- 1 spoons honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
Preparation Time: 10 minutes for preparation, 20 minutes for application.
Procedure:
- Take a half banana and smash it to a smooth fine paste
- Take 1 tablespoon milk, 1 spoon of honey and 2 spoons of banana paste and mix them.
- Apply it on your face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Wash off with cool water.
How it work: Bananas have antioxidants and vitamin C in them along with other minerals. They help to reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
Repetitions: Once a week.
Best time to Apply: Any time of the day.
Tips: Use cold water instead of lukewarm water. Use fresh paste.
