Wash and chop the parsley, then add it in a pot of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Now, strain the tea and leave it to cool down, then drink a few cups of the tea during the day. You can store the tea in the fridge for up to seven days.
Parsley is probably nature’s best remedy for the kidneys – it has absolutely no side-effects, and is safe for anyone to use. However, if you’re on blood pressure medications, we suggest consulting a doctor before drinking the tea.
