The first step is cleaning and cutting. At first, you need to clean lemons and cut them into small pieces. Then, peel off the skin of ginger. Peel of the garlic too and clean properly.

  • A glass of this solution is recommended for drinking every morning at empty stomach. You can also drink one more glass before you go to sleep. Remember you should drink it at least 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. This has to be repeated religiously for 3 weeks.
