1. SIMPLE EXERCISE

Regular exercise can help control weight in the body, improve blood circulation, and strengthen bones and muscles. In case you are wondering if a neck exercise can tighten saggy skin? A turkey neck exercise might not necessarily tighten the neck skin, but if done consistently, it can help reduce the appearance.

LOOSE “TURKEY” NECK EXERCISES

These are simple exercises you can try at home or work without any excuse. You can do it anywhere at any time, no equipment is needed. These are simple routines that you can incorporate into your everyday life whether or not you have loose neck skin. Do the exercise that suits you.

  • Tilt head backward

Sit upright and tilt your head backward, so your chin points upward to the ceiling. Keep your head tilted, and turn your head to the left and right. Hold each position and count to five, relax, and repeat.

  • Pout

Sit upright with your face up looking to the ceiling. Pout your lips continuously for 10 minutes.

  • Neck Lift

Lie on your bed with your head hanging over the edge. Slowly lift your head as high as you can. Repeat not more than five times.

  • Tongue Circles

Sit upright with your mouth closed. Circle your tongue inside your mouth to the right or left and count to 10.

2. MASSAGE WITH JADE FACIAL ROLLER OR GUA SHA

A simple massage on the face and neck has lots of benefits. Using a face roller can improve blood circulation, reduce puffiness, and help tighten the skin. To use a face roller, apply serum, oil, or moisturizer. Do not use without lubricants. For best results, start from the neck, roll upwards, and count to 10. Roll from the jaw to ear (left and right), and roll upwards form from the eyebrow to your edges.
