6. Avoid fatty foods

7. Eat enough vegetables

Treatment of Diabetes

In type 1 diabetes, patients will need insulin therapy to regulate blood sugar daily. In addition, some type 2 diabetes patients are also advised to undergo insulin therapy to regulate blood sugar.
