How to prepare this smoothie:

Needed Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Organic green apples
  • 0.2 lbs / 125 gr of oats
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1/2 liters of mineral water

Directions:

You should cut the apples into small pieces. Add them in a blender along with the water and mix well. Then, add the oats and blend until you get a homogenous mixture. Squeeze the lemon juice into it and stir well. You should consume this smoothie once a day for 1 week.
