- Squeeze the lemon into all its juice and reserve in a container.
- Open the aloe Vera stalk and with the help of a soup spoon, extract 2 tablespoons of the aloe Vera gel.
- Add aloe Vera to the blender and lemon and 2 glasses of water.
- Once ready, mix it with the remaining water and that’s it.
- If you do not like the taste, you can sweeten it with 1 teaspoon of honey.
